Christopher A. Prejean, President
As President, Christopher Prejean is responsible for the daily oversight of gas procurement, operational issues, sales and marketing efforts, and general administrative staff of Enhanced Energy Services. Mr. Prejean brings a wealth of industrial natural gas marketing, trading, and risk management experience to his role as President of Enhanced Energy Services.
Prior to joining the BBPC, LLC as head of EES in 2005, Mr. Prejean served as Director of Energy Management Consulting at Quantum Gas & Power Services. There he oversaw the development and implementation of tailored energy strategies for Quantum's commercial-industrial clients, in a role he assumed following senior energy marketing director positions at Texas-Ohio Gas Companies and Perry Gas Companies.
Mr. Prejean holds a B.B.A. in Marketing degree from the University of Houston.
William “Bill” C. Glass, Vice President of Risk Management & Business Development
As Vice President of Risk Management, Bill Glass is charged with the responsibility and oversight of ensuring that Enhanced Energy Services and their clients have a sound and stable risk policy as it pertains to their exposure in the natural gas arena.
Prior to joining EES, Mr. Glass has been President and a member of the board of directors at Platinum Energy, a mid level natural gas and crude oil production firm. Mr. Glass has worked in the energy industry and energy financial derivatives markets since 1996. Mr. Glass has been an independent energy trader and consultant since December 2003. Prior to his independent trading, Mr. Glass was Vice President of Marubeni Energy Incorporated’s North American natural gas division. He was responsible for all natural gas transactions, transportation, marketing, trading, and operations. He has also served as a senior trader at Southern Company Energy marketing where his responsibilities included managing the financial gas daily desk as well as trading gulf coast, northeast, and mid west financial products. Mr. Glass began his energy career at Enron as part of the risk management team.
Mr. Glass holds a bachelor’s in Finance and Accounting from Texas A&M University.
Stephen T. Hammack, Vice President of Power Operations
As Vice President of Power Operations, Steve Hammack oversees all aspects of Enhanced Energy Services clients portfolios as they pertain to electricity. Prior to his Vice President of Power Operations role with EES, Mr. Hammack served as the ISO (Independent System Operator) Coordinator for Conoco Phillips where he maintained and generated necessary documentation for the regulatory and compliance departments. Prior to Conoco Phillips, Mr. Hammack served as a Real-time Trader with BP Energy where he developed strategies to manage financial and physical energy products based on a host of variables such as weather, transmission congestion, and system demand. Mr. Hammack has served in various consulting roles with Constellation Energy Commodities Group, Quantum Gas & Power Services, and CMS Energy Marketing Services, and Amerex Power.
Mr. Hammack holds a B.B.A. - Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University and has held CFTC series 3, SETC series 7 and 63 licenses.
Jana L. Shaw, Vice President of Natural Gas Operations and Analysis
As Vice President of Natural Gas Operations and Analysis, Jana L. Shaw oversees client market strategy and program implementation for Enhanced Energy Services.
Jana Shaw brings nearly two decades of oil and gas market experience to EES, a dedicated operations background focused on energy supply planning and asset optimization. Prior to joining EES, Ms. Shaw served as Operations Manager for Upstream Energy Services, where she managed physical natural gas production at delivery stages ranging from the production fields to the utility citygates.
